Why the phoenix?
Every week we walk into buildings running on electrical installations designed for a different era, fuse boards from the seventies, wiring that predates the appliances plugged into it, "temporary" fixes now old enough to vote. Our job, again and again, is renewal: taking what's tired or unsafe and bringing it back better, safer and ready for what's coming next.
That's the phoenix in our name. It's also why we chose to specialise where we did. EV charging, solar generation, battery storage and intelligent controls aren't add-ons to modern electrical work, they are modern electrical work. And they only perform as designed when the fundamentals underneath them, earthing, protection, capacity, certification, are absolutely right. We built a company that takes both halves equally seriously.

Advice before sales
Our surveys start with what you're trying to achieve, not what's on the van. If the honest answer is "you don't need this yet", that's the answer you'll get, it's why clients come back for the next project.
Fixed prices, kept
Itemised written quotations valid for 30 days. If we discover something unforeseeable mid-job, work stops and we agree the change in writing before a penny is added.
Directly employed engineers
No labour-only subcontractors on your job. The people who quote, install and certify are ours, qualified to the 18th Edition, insured, and accountable to the same standard.
Certification without exception
Every notifiable job registered with NICEIC and Building Control; every certificate issued digitally and stored for you. If it isn't certified, as far as we're concerned it isn't finished.
Respect for your space
Dust sheets, overshoe covers, daily tidy-downs and waste removed. We're guests in your home or business, and we work like it.
Aftercare that answers
A follow-up call after every install, a 6-year workmanship guarantee, and a 24/7 emergency line for existing clients. Our relationship starts at handover; it doesn't end there.
